We want you to be completely delighted with your Regency-inspired fashion; if your purchase is not quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all Jane Austen Centre tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a return authorization and receive your unique reference code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is completed and included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest post office; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
